All deliveries are sent via Australia Post (Auspost). A pickup option is available at our warehouse at no extra charge.
The fastest way to contact us would be to call us 02 9756 4133 or to send us a message through our Butcher’s Paradise Facebook Page. Other options would be to use our contact form on our website or email info@butchersparadise.com.au
You should expect to receive your item in 2 – 5 business days after payment is received in full. If you experience any delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card & Cash. Telephone payments are also accepted however is not preferred. Cash payments are only accepted on pickup purchases.
Yes you can change or cancel your order. The fastest way would be to call us 02 9756 4133, or send us a message through our Facebook page along with your order ID.
If you are not 100% percent satisfied with the product you can return the product to get a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned within 30 days of receival. After 30 days returns are not accepted. Product must not be used or tampered with in any way. Shipping costs will be at buyers expense.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.
In the event of damaged samples received we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your order number, in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. The product should not be thrown away as we may require you to send it back to us.
In the event of lost mail, we will open a lost item case with Auspost and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost. We will re-send the order to you, subject to availability.
No, we only ship within Australia for the time being.
Our Butcher’s Paradise warehouse is located in 108a Victoria St, Smithfield NSW 2164. We have a showroom available here for the general public.
