The Edge Master 2 stage sharpener is designed to easily and precisely recover your dull cutting edges. Incorporating a diamond wheel for course sharpening, and ceramic wheel for fine sharpening and polishing this sharpener will have your knives razor sharp in no time at all.

SHARPENING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the sharpener on a flat surface that will not move during use.
2. Place the knife in one of two sharpening positions depending on the blade condition.

Stage 1 – (Diamond Wheel) for coarse sharpening and shaping of your knife.

Stage 2 – (Ceramic Wheel) for fine honing that will result in an ultra-sharp edge.

For both stages, move your knife back and forth employing the light pressure between the sharpening wheels. Repeat the movement as many times as necessary. For edge maintenance use Stage 2 (ceramic wheel) on a regular basis.

AFTER USE:

• Clean the sharpening rollers with a non-abrasive sponge or run a soft cloth through the rollers in movements similar to those of sharpening.
• Clean the knife by using a soft sponge, water and gentle or neutral detergent

CAUTION:

• Do not use the sharpener on serrated blades or scissors.
• To avoid damaging the knife, always sharpen with light pressure.
• Do not rinse with water.
• Keep out of reach of children
