Instruction:

• Ensure you have selected the appropriate length guard for your knife.
• Take extra care when inserting blades into the knife guard
• Place the heel of the blade into the guard first and gently lower the blade tip into place
• Do not insert the point first
• Remove the knife using a lifting motion, do not slide the knife lengthways
• Wash and dry knives before storage
• Dishwasher Safe

SMALL: Suitable for kitchen knives up to 13cm / 5” long.

MEDIUM: Suitable for kitchen knives up to 20cm / 8” long.

LARGE: Suitable for kitchen knives up to 26cm / 10” long.
